| Order Notification |
Communication between a rep and a buyer is extremely important. With our Order Notification tool, buyers can notify their reps that an order is complete or is ready for review.

From within the Orders Tab, you can click the "Send Notification" button next to an order, select a type of notification - such as "Order Completed," and then write a message for your rep or publisher contact. They'll get an email with a link to your order in Edelweiss, and you'll both be able to see your message history within your own respective Orders Tabs.

Rep Tip: Creating a Markup
|
Sharing a Markup with your accounts is a great way to make sure they're getting the benefit of your voice and expertise while they go through your catalogs. There are four basic elements you can include in a Markup: Markup Notes, Comp Titles, Tags, and Priority.
You can find a helpful presentation that explains Markups for Reps here.
