Adding Backlist to Orders
|
There are a few easy ways to add backlist titles (or whatever titles you want) to an Edelweiss order.
The first way is by clicking on Add Item from within a catalog that has an active order:

Enter the appropriate ISBN, and you'll get to a screen that allows you to enter Order Quantities, Category, etc. You won't see these titles in the actual catalog, but they'll show in your Export Preview screen for this order.
You can add titles to an order from that Export Preview screen as well, by clicking on "Add Line Item:"

Rep Tip: Shared Notes and Tags

Did you know? Accounts you have listed in your Edelweiss Contacts list can share their Notes and Tags with you. Read more here.
You'll be able to see that Notes have been shared with you, and quickly see who left that Note and what title they were talking about:
Also, when you choose to view a certain account while you're in a catalog, you'll see the Notes and Tags they've chosen to share with you:
