Pre-BEA Publisher Summit

Publishers, mark your calendars! We'll be holding a Publisher Summit on Wednesday May 29th, the day before BEA, at the Random House offices. This Publisher Summit is a gathering open to all publisher clients of Edelweiss to learn more about new and upcoming features, plans for the future, to network with your Edelweiss-using peers and to get to know us face-to-face. An email with details will be coming soon.

Cheers,

Changes to Collections Management
To help you better organize your collections, we've split out your (organization's) collections from those shared with you by a publisher rep into two separate tabs on your Collections page.  These tabs are called 'My Collections' and 'External Collections'.  On My Collections tab, you'll see your internal colleagues' shared collections appear in green, while yours appear in blue.  There's also a check box on the right if you want to "Exclude internally shared collections" so that you're just viewing your own.

We've also added the ability to filter by the Created date and Sort by the Created Date, Last Viewed Date, or Collection Name.

As usual, please feel free to contact us at support@abovethetreeline.com if you have questions, and don't forget about our Help pages!

Rep Tip: Sharing Markups With Your Colleagues

You can very easily share your Markup Notes (including Notes, Tags, Priority and Comp Titles) with your colleagues, and they can share them with you. It's easy: Just share with them exactly like you would share with an account. More about sharing Markups here and here.

Once a Markup has been shared between reps, that Markup can be copied, edited to suit individual needs if necessary, and shared just like a normal Markup.  More about using a Markup that has been shared with you here

This is potentially a great way for your sales team to coordinate and share the work involved in marking up a catalog.

Reps, chances are the answers to any questions you might have can be found in our Help pages, found here, but you can always contact us at support@abovethetreeline.com.
